Frequently Asked Questions

How do you access my MN-ITS portal?

We only use secondary user access through MN-ITS with enrollment access only. Your admin creates a secondary user account for us, which allows us to work on your revalidation without accessing other sensitive information in your account. This is cleaner, more secure, and ensures we only see what we need for the revalidation process.

Do I have to approve before submission?

Yes. Provider/authorized signatory review and approval is required before final submission.

What if my last enrollment was done by fax/paper?

No problem. We handle all provider types regardless of how your last enrollment was submitted. Our flat-fee service covers both portal-based and legacy records.

Do you monitor my status after submission?

You are responsible for monitoring status through your portal or mailbox. We will send you a reminder at the 2-week and 30-day mark. We support action items and Request for More Information responses during the support window.

What is the $750 state fee?

This is the mandatory DHS application fee for institutional providers, effective January 1, 2026. You pay this directly to DHS. We do not collect or handle this payment. You'll receive the payment link and must provide us the confirmation number before we submit.
