Who We Are
Integrus Group is a Minnesota-based compliance consulting firm focused on helping healthcare providers navigate the complex world of DHS requirements, revalidation processes, and audit readiness. We've worked with dozens of providers across the state, helping them maintain their enrollment status and prepare for licensing reviews.
What We Do
Our main focus is on MHCP revalidation and audit readiness. When providers receive revalidation notices or need to prepare for potential audits, we step in to help organize documentation, identify gaps, and create a clear path forward. We've completed over 100 compliance reviews and revalidation submissions for Minnesota providers.
We specialize in the 13 high-risk provider types that Minnesota DHS has flagged, including 245D HCBS providers, ARMHS, CFSS agencies, NEMT providers, and others. Our team understands the specific requirements and common pitfalls that can lead to enrollment issues.
Our Experience
With nearly a decade of experience working with Minnesota providers, we've seen what works and what doesn't when it comes to compliance. We've helped providers through revalidation deadlines, responded to Request for More Information letters, and prepared organizations for site visits. Our approach is straightforward: we identify what's missing, explain why it matters, and provide actionable steps to fix it.

Our Location
