What's Included

1) Readiness Review

We look at your current enrollment, ownership, staffing, and key application items to figure out what you still need before submitting.

2) MPSE & Identifier Alignment Review

We check your FEIN, NPI/UMPI, enrollment records, and business data to make sure everything lines up before you apply.

3) Authorized Agent & Compliance Officer Role Review

We confirm your Authorized Agent and Compliance Officer roles meet DHS and statutory requirements.

4) Document Request List & Upload Structure

You get a document checklist and an organized upload folder so nothing is missing and everything is easy to find.

5) Policy & Procedure Review

We review your current policies and procedures and revise them as needed based on current legislative changes, statutes, and DHS requirements.

6) Provider Hub Application Preparation

We help format your documents and get everything upload-ready for Provider Hub.

7) Final Pre-Submission Review

We go through the full application package and flag any gaps, errors, or missing items before you submit.

8) Post-Submission Email Support

14 days of email support after submission for any DHS follow-up items related to your application.

Important: We handle the preparation and hands-on application support. Final attestations and submission are the responsibility of your Authorized Agent unless you grant us Provider Hub access.

We put together the submission package, support Provider Hub completion, and do a final check for completeness.

Your Authorized Agent submits, or we assist if you have given us Provider Hub access. 14 days of follow-up support included.
